Meet Geoff Lee | Award-Winning Mortgage Broker
Real Experience. Honest Advice. Smarter Mortgage Decisions.
Hey, I'm Geoff Lee, President and Principal Broker of GLM Mortgage Group, powered by Dominion Lending Centres.
I've been helping Canadians make smarter mortgage decisions for over 15 years, but my experience in business and building relationships goes back much further.
Before becoming a mortgage broker, I spent 23 years as a partner in one of British Columbia's largest independent clothing retailers. That experience taught me something I've carried throughout my career: good business comes down to trust, honest advice and doing what's right for people.
That's still how I approach mortgages today.
More Than Just a Mortgage Rate
Whether you're buying your first home, renewing your mortgage, refinancing, investing in real estate or exploring your home equity options, I believe the right mortgage starts with understanding what matters to you.
A competitive rate is important, but so are the terms, flexibility and how your mortgage fits into your bigger financial picture.
My approach is simple. Ask the right questions, explain your options in plain English, and help you make informed decisions.
No pressure. No unnecessary complications. Just straightforward advice.
Experience You Can Count On
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to help Canadians with more than 1,700 mortgages, representing over $700 million in financing, and I'm grateful to have earned 625+ five-star Google reviews.
I'm also honoured to have received national recognition, including:
- Mortgage Broker of the Year, British Columbia (2022)
- Mortgage Broker of the Year, Canada (2026 Finalist)
- Inductee to Canadian Mortgage and Dominion Lending Centres Hall of Fame
Over the years, I've also been fortunate to receive numerous other industry awards and recognitions for mortgage excellence, customer service and client satisfaction.
I'm proud of these accomplishments, but what means the most to me is the trust my clients place in me and the relationships we've built along the way.
I'm also the co-host of The Real Deal Pod, where we've shared over 110 episodes covering mortgages, real estate, and smarter financial decisions.
Relationships Matter
Some mortgage files are straightforward. Others take a little more creativity, patience, and experience.
Either way, I believe every client deserves personal attention and honest advice.
And just because your mortgage has funded doesn't mean our relationship ends. I want to be someone you can call whenever questions come up or your plans change.
Giving Back
I'm proud to be a co-founder and former Director of the Imani Orphan Care Foundation, helping vulnerable children in Kenya access housing, education, medical care, and opportunities for a better future.
A portion of the revenue from every completed mortgage at GLM Mortgage Group supports this work.
It's something that means a great deal to me.
Let's Have a Conversation
Whether you're buying, renewing, refinancing or simply looking for a second opinion, I'm always up for a conversation.
You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Let's see what makes sense for you.
