“I worked with Geoff at the GLM Mortgage Group to get a mortgage this month. At the beginning of the process he spent time talking with me about what I thought I could afford and what my longer term goals were. During the application process he reminded me about what paperwork was needed and then discussed with me the various mortgage options that he found. Geoff explained the advantages of different down payment options to me and was available to discuss all the questions I had (lots!) via phone, email and text. Geoff was patient, available and was able to find me a mortgage down payment and interest rate combination that I am comfortable with and know I can handle. This process can be intimidating but Geoff was so helpful and I was able to make the short closing date the seller wanted – I take possession tomorrow!
