“I have a high debt ratio as I own investment property and GLM was the only one who would consider helping me get a mortgage. GLM has consistently responded immediately to my inquiries which has been really important in the highly competitive Victoria market that I am trying to buy into. I have often needed answers to questions outside of business hours so that I could put in an offer and GLM has not made me wait. Their customer service has been excellent. My realtor has been delighted that I am able to get her questions answered so quickly so she can advise me through her part of the process. I am already recommending GLM to others.”
